What local students say

As with everything else, there are pros and cons. Cons are more personal( I wish there’d be more adults class on daytime, available vending machine for refreshers..

I recently took a women's self-defense class with Michelle! I just want to start by saying how grateful I am that they offered this class! The main instructor, Michelle, was AMAZING! Michelle and the staff were so passionate and knowledgeable about women's safety and martial arts.

I did it for years, got a black belt and was successful, very good martial studio and the instructor is incredible. Very worth it.
