Little Dragons Classes (Ages 3–6)

Little Dragons (and "Tiny Tigers"-style) classes are taekwondo's youngest programs, built for children roughly three to six. They're mostly about listening, taking turns, balance and coordination — big kicks on pads, simple stances, and a lot of fun — with just enough structure to introduce the idea of a martial art. The goal at this age is confidence, focus and following directions, not fighting, and everything is scaled to a very short attention span. It suits preschoolers and early-schoolers who need somewhere to move and grow.
