I played three years of college football and was still eating like I was before I graduated. I like Asian sun becuase adults can take advantage of Taekwondo as well as Cardio Kickboxing for one rate and both are a great workout!
The instructors are exceptional, and the training program is solid and well-structured. The class fees are also very reasonable, offering great value. My daughter enjoys her classes so much that she has chosen Taekwondo classes over both dance and horseback riding classes.
