“They think they will be looked at weird since mainly children come here to learn, but just because some people may give you a weird look or glance, doesn't mean anything!”
“My daughter is in the tiny tigers program and it has had such a positive impact on her.”

From the reviews
So's Taekwondo is excellent for learning/developing your mind and body. Perfect for adults and kids alike. Family run by people who live and breath Taekwondo. I cannot give a higher recommendation!
My 4 year old shy son had his first class tonight. I can't describe the feeling his father and I got seeing him open up so quickly(he is usually so timid and nervous. He has been asking to do this for a year! All I saw was the light in his eyes.
We started my son at So’s 3 years ago and love it. He loves to attend class because each day is different and exciting. He has learned so much about discipline, respect, and taekwondo from the staff at So’s. They provide a caring, family atmosphere giving each student the opportunity to grow.
We were so impressed by So's Taekwondo summer camp! We were recommended by a friend, and had a great experience. Our 8 year old daughter enjoyed the daily workouts and even commented to me yesterday that she can physically feel a difference when getting up off the floor - her core is stronger!
Your first taekwondo class at So's Taekwondo
Nervous about walking into a taekwondo school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic stances, blocks, and kicks with a partner or on pads — not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: loose athletic wear you can move in (or a dobok if you have one); you'll train barefoot on the floor. What to bring: water and a positive attitude — many schools lend a loaner dobok for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll get your own dobok and belt, and sparring gear (mouthguard, headgear, and guards) once you begin sparring. Sparring eases in gradually, once your fundamentals and forms are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
