I was a student of Master Pavlou and got my black belt with him and now my kids are training and learning from him ! I’m super grateful and have already seen a difference in my kids behavior in just a couple of months being here.

My son Jacob, loves going to S.pavlou taekwondo class. He wants to go every day!! Master Pavlou it's great with his students. He's patient and takes he's time to make sure his students understand the class. My son goal is to be a black belt like Master Pavlou and teach.
Our 3 grand kids love these classes. The Master pays attention to each kid individually according to their capabilities. Definitely recommend this institution!
Your first taekwondo class at SPavlou TaeKwonDo
Nervous about walking into a taekwondo school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic stances, blocks, and kicks with a partner or on pads — not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: loose athletic wear you can move in (or a dobok if you have one); you'll train barefoot on the floor. What to bring: water and a positive attitude — many schools lend a loaner dobok for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll get your own dobok and belt, and sparring gear (mouthguard, headgear, and guards) once you begin sparring. Sparring eases in gradually, once your fundamentals and forms are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
