Holly Springs Tiger-Rock Martial Arts is more than a self defense class or an extra activity for kids. You get a sense of community, make new friends and establish discipline for kids and adults. I’ve been training for almost 3 year and I rarely miss a class. I’ve never had this consistency going to the gym! 😃
