Private lessons are one-on-one (or small-group) sessions with an instructor, and they are the fastest way to make progress in taekwondo: every minute is spent on you, so technique gets corrected in real time, questions get answered, and the pace fits exactly where you are. People book privates to build confidence before joining group classes, to sharpen kicks or forms for a belt test, to train around a schedule that group timetables don't fit, or to prepare for competition. They tend to cost more per session than group classes, and availability depends on the instructor.
