My children love coming to Master Seo’s. The staff is absolutely amazing and fantastic with my 3 children. This is one sport that benefits all 3 of my children in tons of ways. The staff takes time with as many children as possible to help them with all aspects of their life.
They have helped my daughter with being more confident as well as many other things. They take time out to help each child. I would highly recommend anyone to come give them a try. Kids can learn self defense , self discipline, respect, confidence and many other things from comming an joining them.
Master Seo’s TOP MARTIAL ARTS has been a blessing to my family. My sons started classes at 5 and 3 years old, they are now 21 and 19 years old. I honestly believe that being a part of TMA has assisted in making them better, more respectful, more confident, and more focused human beings.
I've got two kids that I've been bringing here and it's the best decision we've ever made. Our littlest one is autistic and we thought that may cause some issues. Nope. We brought our kids in for a try out class and they welcomed him with open arms and he has loved every second of it, as well as his older brother.
Your first taekwondo class at Master Seo's Top Martial Arts
Nervous about walking into a taekwondo school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic stances, blocks, and kicks with a partner or on pads — not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: loose athletic wear you can move in (or a dobok if you have one); you'll train barefoot on the floor. What to bring: water and a positive attitude — many schools lend a loaner dobok for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll get your own dobok and belt, and sparring gear (mouthguard, headgear, and guards) once you begin sparring. Sparring eases in gradually, once your fundamentals and forms are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
