From the reviews
I love this place. I have enrolled both my kids here and I am noticing positive change in their lives. Staff here is extremely friendly and all the instructors are great and I can tell they love their job. There is no doubt that they truly care about the kids they are teaching. I highly recommend White Tiger Taekwondo
My daughter has been in white tiger taekwondo Frisco for 6+ yrs & still going. She started off with little tiger. She loves it here. They have taught her confidence, self defense. The managers here are friendly. My daughter has made life long friendship here.
Martial Arts has been a huge part of my life ever since I was 4 years old. When I moved to this Taekwondo location, my mind was blown. The atmosphere, the staff, and the overall vibe of the facility was very enjoyable. The head master, Master Roy, is one of best masters I have had.
This is the best Taekwondo School ! We love all the Masters here! They are amazing with the kids and really encourage them and instill discipline and focus in their techniques. I have seen a difference in my sons self esteem and is much more open and willing to try new things since starting classes at the Dojo.
Your first taekwondo class at White Tiger Taekwondo Frisco/McKinney/Prosper
Nervous about walking into a taekwondo school for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good instructors expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic stances, blocks, and kicks with a partner or on pads — not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: loose athletic wear you can move in (or a dobok if you have one); you'll train barefoot on the floor. What to bring: water and a positive attitude — many schools lend a loaner dobok for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll get your own dobok and belt, and sparring gear (mouthguard, headgear, and guards) once you begin sparring. Sparring eases in gradually, once your fundamentals and forms are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the instructor. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
