I found Zynergy through another friend and I am glad I enrolled my child. Master Garcia is excellent with the kids. He is kind, patient and stern. He teaches them about life skills and how to maneuver with defending themselves. He rewards them but will hold them accountable for their actions.
My daughter loves going to Zynergy! We had been trying different sports with her and she didn’t get excited about any of them until she started TaeKwonDo. Master Garcia is great with the kids and you can easily see how much they respect him. This has been such a great experience for our whole family.

What to wear: loose athletic wear you can move in (or a dobok if you have one); you'll train barefoot on the floor. What to bring: water and a positive attitude — many schools lend a loaner dobok for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll get your own dobok and belt, and sparring gear (mouthguard, headgear, and guards) once you begin sparring.
